It’s not about a better plan.

It’s about a better way of changing.

Hi, I’m Jami Fassett

Jami Fassett – a woman with fair skin, blonde hair and blue eyes looks at the camera, smiling. She's wearing a red, sleeveless top with yellow, white and blue flowers. In the background there are trees and a lake.

I help women build a health journey where joy is a strategy—not a reward.

If you’re tired of the on-again, off-again cycle, you’re not alone. You know what would make you feel better… but knowing hasn’t been enough to make it stick.

So you start, stop, try again, and wonder what’s wrong with you.

Here’s the truth: it’s not your fault.

You were taught to change through pressure—rules, rigidity, and self-criticism.

But when change is driven by pressure — urgency, fear, “I should be better by now” — the body doesn’t lean in. It braces.

And when change doesn’t feel safe, it won’t last.

I see you

Jami Fassett has her arms around her two kids. She is wearing a pink top and looking at her daughter on her left who is wearing a blue dress with pink roses. Her son is on her right wearing a blue shirt and shorts. Blurry grass in the background.

For over 25 years, I lived in that same loop—dieting, quitting, trying again, feeling hopeless. I followed plans. I tried to “just be disciplined.” I tried to accept myself and move on.

Nothing truly changed.

What finally shifted wasn’t the plan. It was how I treated myself.

I hadn’t been “failing” – I had been trying to change while in conflict with myself.

I stopped forcing. I leaned into a partnership with myself. I learned how to adjust, listen, and build self-trust. I stopped fitting my needs into the cracks of my life and started believing I could care for others and prioritize my health.

Now I help women make that same shift—away from the pressure of all-or-nothing, restriction, and self-judgment… and toward self-partnership which allows for flexibility, satisfaction, and even joy.

Together, we build a way of living that truly supports YOU and your health – one where weight loss can be a happy side effect rather than an all-consuming focus.
